Can you believe that we are already past Labor Day? Where has this year gone? I know that our personal lives are busier now more than ever, and we are here to make insurance easy for You. Feel free to start a quote from this web page or contact our office directly. We are here to help and try to save you money while we do it.

So how did I get into the Insurance Business?? Well, insurance is something I grew up with, my dad, Kenny Shoopman, was a insurance agent, and my mom, Shirley, worked alongside him for many years. Insurance was literally talked about at my dinner table.

I started working with State Farm agent Fred Donnell in 1996, up until his retirement in 2021! I'm very grateful for Fred and my dad for being such great role models on what an agent should be.

On a more personal level, I'm a LOCAL girl, born and raised here, I think New Castle/Henry County is a great place to call HOME. My husband Bruce and I have raised our family here in this community. We have 2 daughters: Lauren, who is a hairstylist in Bloomington at Ruby Rose and Maddy, who is an anchor and field reporter for Tallahassee WCTV!

Our community is growing, and I LOVE going to all the local events, such as New Castle Broad Street Cruise-In, Fourth Fridays Downtown, Christmas Walk, local fairs, school sporting events and various community events. You find we have a passion for being involved in our community events and fundraisers for non profit organizations in our area.

I am very proud to have my business as part of this amazing community. I look forward to meeting and discussing how State Farm can work to protect you and those things that are important to you.
