"Whenever I have stopped by the office they were always so kind and pleasant and very helpful. The same is true if I call. When calling and they are not available they call me back. They are always so helpful and kind, even when I have been emotionally upset due to an accident. They reassure me that everything will be okay and they have helped me out so much! I'm so pleased with them that even after moving away from New Castle and to another town in Indiana they said I could keep my policy with them rather than find another agent in my new town."
