"Started off amazing. We just bought a house and switched to them. They didn’t tell me I had to have a drive safe thing on my car for the quote and then they said I had to have life insurance to bundle and save. Okay wonderful. The first month was 265 for my house and car then 25 for life insurance. Well then the next month the bill was the same but this month it was lower. Okay cool right but I got emails that my case was being worked on. I called to see what changed. A guy told me she was working on it to help me save. Okay cool. I noticed though my life insurance was going up to 48 dollars but this month the 4 dollars was the under charge. Called to clarify. No one answered or called back. Called today no answer so I left a voicemail for them to transfer my insurance to another company. They called back 30 mins later which I already got it switched by calling the 1800 number I was given since they didn’t answer. She said okay bye. I like to know what’s going on. I like to know what changes are being made and to make sure I have the coverage I need if needed. I am very involved and stay on top of things going on and some people don’t like that. I just felt like they got mad the more questions I asked and stopped taking my calls."
